The integrated Research Training Group (IRTG) provides comprehensive support and structured training for doctoral researchers in the CRC and enhances their visibility and scientific exchange. It promotes scientific excellence, independence, and communication skills through structured supervision and an individualised qualification program. Core elements include graduate colloquia, workshops, conference participation, soft-skills modules, and career development opportunities. The IRTG speaker team represents the interests of doctoral researchers to the CRC board.
